Thanks Ed. I'm still holding out for him to come home. He was a very shy cat, so it's hard to imagine he'd just take up a new people family somewhere. We haven't heard coyotes around lately, but they're there, along with wandering dogs. It's hard that we'll never know.
My Prissy went walk about many years ago but, thankfully, returned a week or so later looking thoroughly exhausted and scraggled, I so hope that Sam will be returning to you too! Makes my heart hurt to think otherwise. Hugs
