Sherri, especially with all the weight shifted down like that! Most of the photos I've seen of goats that size end up with triplets or quads.
Michelle, oh I hope so!
Jaclyn, prayers appreciated!
Barb, I can't help but think it takes a physical toll. I read on the Kinder Goat list that does who have multiples every year often end up with hind leg problems as they age. I certainly hope it's not the case with Ziggy.
triplets or quads! ? Poor Ziggy, I feel pain just looking at her. Kinda like my next door neighbor who's due next week - every time she walks down to the mailbox I want to whimper. Let's get this show on the road! I hope you get a bunch of little girls :)
What is the record number of healthy kids delivered? I think Ziggy's going for it. I don't think there's any way she could go three more weeks, do you?
Unless she's got a lotta babes in there April 26 seems far away for the looks of her. But it's so hard to say with these girls sometimes. Sometimes they are really reliable but sometimes they are certainly not. Paws crossed everything goes smoothly when it does happen!
Seems impossible that she could go that much longer. Poor thing will be too exhausted from carrying them around to give birth. Keeping my fingers crossed for good things.
Poor Ziggy, she looks so uncomfortable. I don't think Ziggy will be waiting until the 26th of April. She looks like it's going to happen much sooner than the 26th.
She looks the worst when she's sitting like that because all the weight sinks down. When she's up and about it isn't so bad but she definitely is a big pregnant.
Ah bless her not easy being a female :):) She looks happy and content doesn't she. Very healthy looking animal. Her kids will be super cute. I am sure you are excited. God bless
Oh my, can she really get any bigger...poor thing.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the rest of your weekend. xo
I don't think she plans to move until they come out, so let's hope she's just a day or so late!
ReplyDeleteI hope and pray she has those babies quick!! She looks pretty done!
ReplyDeleteHow does a goat (or a person) get that big and bounce back? How does she walk around? Oh, poor Zig...

ReplyDeletesign that eviction order Ziggy! Get those kids to move out!
ReplyDeleteI think the kids just like it too much in there.
I was just over at cakewrecks.com and perhaps what Ziggy needs is a baby shower with a cake! ;o)

oh my, is she trying to give birth to a whole herd?? reminds me of women pregnant with 5 or 6 babies.... I hope all is going to work out well!
ReplyDeleteOh my poor Ziggy! Hope she delivers safely. I would definitely say triplets:) I agree all girls would be a blessing.
ReplyDeleteOh yes, trips or quads, all girls!!!!
ReplyDeletePoor baby! She can hardly walk. Sure hope those babies get here soon and in good health.
ReplyDeleteZiggy has my sympathy! Is Ziggy going to get the year off next year?

ReplyDeleteOh. My. Gawd.
ReplyDeleteBut, are you sure she's pregnant? LOL!
Oh my she looks rather uncomfortable!
ReplyDeletePoor girl looks like she's ready to explode! I'm hoping that she's just late. I can't imagine her having another 19 days to go. Poor girl.

ReplyDeleteIts hard to believe that those fine little goat legs can carry so much. I hope everything goes smoothly when its time to go!
ReplyDeletePoor girl, she must be exhausted!

ReplyDeleteI'm with Michelle - I hope she's just a few days late for this date. Gives new meaning to the term "wide body" T.

ReplyDeleteoh dear! I hope you have a vet on call :(
ReplyDeleteGood Gracious! She is big!
ReplyDeleteShe does look a bit large! It will be an exciting day when she delivers and fun to see how many! She may need your help!! "Goat mommy helper!"
ReplyDeleteShe looks like a pear with legs.
ReplyDeleteQuads??
Poor baby! I hope everything goes well (and soon!)
ReplyDeleteI feel her pain. I went 3 weeks over my due date.
ReplyDeleteBless her heart...she's Enormous!
