I, too, was sort of wishing for a rainy weekend here so I could have an excuse for snoozin' ;) Animals are so much smarter than us.

Ha! Smart dogs! And you know, they're close by, just in case they do get called into action. They're like firefighters ready to slide down the pole at a moment's notice.
Enjoy your rainy days while you can, probably no more rain here until October, November maybe. Everything has turned brown and very, very dry.
They look lost in dreamland. Rainy weather is the best sleeping weather. I can't blame them.
