You can also see my blog post on it, here.

Rain, if I had a cooler climate I'd make lots aged cheeses. Or, if I can ever get my goat kidding to where I have a fall supply of milk, I might try it! I'll be interested in your experiments. They put a bunch of eggs and sour cream in it. I was very confused. There was also vinegar which I expected. I didn't understand the need for the eggs or how it could still be considered cheese if it had eggs in it. ??? oh well, seeing as I don't have a source for fresh milk, cheese making is not going to happen for me. But I enjoy watching/reading about others make it.Renee Nefehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08167893445846427824noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1694364001063554832.post-21623097865954163452019-07-01T11:25:55.261-04:002019-07-01T11:25:55.261-04:00Jo, no, I didn't know that! Although it looks promising for others.

As you well know, I was writing my own series of books of sustainable living series of books before my strokes. I've accumulated a vast array of knowledge (both first hand and by research followed by experimentation) over the past 60+ years on this earth and felt the need to teach others as you do.
